If you're just getting into web design, you've got to start somewhere. Before you start with the books and the tutorials you might want to pick up a few web design tools to use along your way. Well, actually you are definitely going to need a couple of these tools to get started.
There are a lot of tools to choose from. Some cost money, some are free, some color code, some don't - I'll list a few here, but really the best thing to do is just try them out. Find which one fits you best. If you don't like any of the ones I list just do a quick Google search.
