I added another free WordPress theme to the list. Check the WP Themes page for more details. It's a three column WordPress theme with rounded corners.

Was freeyourdesign messed up in IE7

Anybody – how long was freeyourdesign messed up in Internet Explorer 7? I don't know what happened – I guess I didn't have the most up to date css file on the web server. It was looking fine on my local computer's WAMP installation. I just happened to check the site in Internet Explorer 6 and saw the navigation and header were out of place. Then I checked IE7 and same thing. That's embarrassing. Sorry for the mix up. Hopefully things look better. That's why things should be standardized(I know they kind of try). Some css looks different in Firefox vs IE7 vs IE6 and then somethings aren't always the same in Safari and so on – it's annoying. Anyway, sorry – I should have been more careful – I hardly ever use IE7 or IE6.

Free WordPress themes available for download here at freeyourdesign. I just added a new section to the site where you can browse and download WordPress themes. There are only a couple right now, but more are on the way. They are completely free – the only thing I ask is that you keep the links in the footer. Anyway, go check out the WP Themes page. Enjoy.

Another slight setback in posting – stomach flu all weekend. I'm starting to feel better now and hopefully will have something new for you this week. But for now, you can now download the completed Photoshop files for a couple tutorials here at freeyourdesign. As of right now downloads are available on these posts or on the Free Stuff page.

Site News – Week Off

You might have noticed that there were not any updates to the site this past week. That's because I was in Florida laying on the beach most of the week. I'm back and there will be a really nice Photoshop tutorial coming Wednesday – a Web 2.0 button. There will also be some more site news/updates coming on Wednesday – having to do with some free file downloads.

What's the future looking like for fyd(freeyourdesign)? Well, I'd like to add a free CSS layouts page to the site and I would like to add the functionality to let users submit their own tutorials. I haven't started working on the second one quite yet, but I have an idea of how I want to do it. Just a couple of ideas and I'm working on other projects besides this site – and going to school and working part-time.

I appreciate those who stop by and check out fyd. It's still a young blog – hopefully I can keep it up and running for a long time.
