Full of great creative illustrations. The character in the header and the rss icon in the cauldron - very well done. Each section on the sidebar has its own custom graphic as well. The search illustration is clever - a map and compass.

Tired of those normal old text field boxes? Well, we are going to create our own custom text field. You can use it on a form or for your search field on your blog. We will start out by simply using CSS to customize the color of the text field's background and border. It's simple, but it can make a big difference and help your search field or form fit in with the design of your site.

Anybody - how long was freeyourdesign messed up in Internet Explorer 7? I don't know what happened - I guess I didn't have the most up to date css file on the web server. It was looking fine on my local computer's WAMP installation. I just happened to check the site in Internet Explorer 6 and saw the navigation and header were out of place. Then I checked IE7 and same thing. That's embarrassing. Sorry for the mix up. Hopefully things look better. That's why things should be standardized(I know they kind of try). Some css looks different in Firefox vs IE7 vs IE6 and then somethings aren't always the same in Safari and so on - it's annoying. Anyway, sorry - I should have been more careful - I hardly ever use IE7 or IE6.

Free Wordpress themes available for download here at freeyourdesign. I just added a new section to the site where you can browse and download Wordpress themes.
