Web Design and Development Tools

If you're just getting into web design, you've got to start somewhere. Before you start with the books and the tutorials you might want to pick up a few web design tools to use along your way. Well, actually you are definitely going to need a couple of these tools to get started.

There are a lot of tools to choose from. Some cost money, some are free, some color code, some don't – I'll list a few here, but really the best thing to do is just try them out. Find which one fits you best. If you don't like any of the ones I list just do a quick Google search.
